Service Update

As a precaution, we would like to keep our customers informed about our plans for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the preparations within our business. I’m sure you are in full agreement that the health and safety of our customers, employees, contractors and partners are paramount and we must do all we can to protect those at most risk.

We have aligned our policies with the UK Government Guideline on COVID – 19 which include recommending self-isolation, keeping distance and mitigating contact.

Communication is key and we’re asking all customers, employees, contractors and partners to inform us if they have any symptoms (Sore Throat, Dry Cough, Fever or Shortness of Breath).

In the current environment, we’re restricting management meetings to virtual only and minimising industry show attendance. On an operational level, We’re asking customers to pre-warn us if there are any concerns. We can perform some tasks remotely and we’re happy to wear masks and gloves when attending on site.

All our vans have hand cleaning facilities and all our team are fully aware and practicing industry recommended infection control methods to minimise spread of Covid-19.
