While we’re in these uncertain times, all we know is broadband is an essential service that some homes and businesses still struggle with, so as we grow to meet demand, we need to grow our team to meet our ever increasing workloads. We’re a small provider with big ambitions, this means we need the right team to keep the momentum going and challenges met with determination, commitment and drive.
In return, we’ll pay above the national living wage, provide unlimited holiday’s and no hassle sick day policy. This won’t affect your Statutory Sick Pay (SSP). It’ll all be based on respect, if the work is being done fantastically or has been suitably covered, we have no issue with you spending more time with your family and friends.
It’ll be performances based with frequent 1-2-1’s so we can both keep track on any training, work loads and commitments. We’re ultimately working from home and starting with a return to work scheme offering part-time, daytime hours for struggling parents. We’re also building a work experience for under 24 year old’s to encounter real-world problems and their solutions, providing crucial 2nd line engineering, administration and customer services resources.
