Ordering our phone service is simple and no payment is needed at this stage. Just six questions and one of our sales team will be in touch to set your account up. We’ll confirm which plan you’ll need and get everything setup and dispatched. It’s then just plug and play – you’ll be calling and talking in no time.
You’ll need to begin
- An internet connection (This can be a home broadband connection or mobile broadband connection from any supplier)
- A suitable phone (We can provide an adapter or a new phone as well as a free to use online and mobile app phone)
- Be 18 years of age or older and have the ability to agree to an 18 month contract.
- Be able to pay by Direct Debit, Bank transfer or Credit or Debit Card.

An 18 month contract applies and an early termination fee is applicable to any cancellations within this time frame. You are able to leave at any time and for free of charge if we raise our pricing, for any reason the contract is void or when the minimum term surpasses. An early termination fee is equal to the remaining service fee left on the minimum term contract. This is due to the levels of investment we made in order to connect you to our systems.
